If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, you may return the product up to seven days after receiving it. In order to qualify for a refund, you must return the item in a good condition. In other words, we request that it is neither worn nor used.
All bodysuits, swimwear, jewellery and intimates are final sale. Should any items be worn or returned with stains, damage or blemish, a return will not be processed and your package with be sent back to you. For any returns back to you, you will be charged a $20 fee for postage. please be considerate and DO NOT get makeup, self tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other type of stain on the clothes when trying them on. We pride ourselves in sending our customers pieces/styles with the utmost quality and we kindly ask that we receive all return items in the exact same condition you received it in. Thank you
Once we have received a returned product at our business location, we will start the refund process (provided it is in a good condition). Depending on your bank, the money may take a few days to appear in your account. For customers that purchase an item using PayPal, money will be refunded back to the requisite PayPal account
Please note that Bratt Szn cannot be held liable for any products lost in the shipping of returns. If the products do not make it back to us, we regret that will not be able to give out a refund. We also ask customers to note that we will not be held liable for any lost or damaged orders after they have been dispatched from our premises, as per our terms and conditions.
