We ask that all Bratt Szn customers to read through our list of terms and conditions before purchasing items from us. These include:
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning items to us.
- By confirming the sale of a product on our website, a customer demonstrates that they agree to purchase the product and accept our terms and conditions.
- Customers have the option to cancel an order within a reasonable time frame. However, if they receive a confirmation email from us to notify that their product has been dispatched from our location, the order cannot be cancelled. The customer will have to wait to receive the product and send it back at their own expense.
- Bratt Szn is not liable for any items that are lost or damaged after they have been dispatched from our premises. Once a customer confirms an order, it is assumed that they are aware of these risks.
- While we guarantee efficient and friendly service throughout the purchase process, we cannot provide 100% assurance that loss or damage to items will not occur while in transit. In this way, customers must accept the risk by agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- International customers must ensure they have read up on any import limitations their country may stipulate before purchasing items from us. Indeed, we are not liable for any products that are not accepted into any given country. The same applies to other factors that may cause delivery issues. For example, some countries may require consumers to pick up parcels from a given location rather than offering direct delivery to an address.
- We cannot be held accountable for any additional charges or delays incurred due to events out of our control such as public holidays or the loss or damage of products by a courier. If an item does appear to be lost in transit, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to follow it up.
Consumers must look after an item if they hope to return it. Indeed, we expect all returns to look unused when we receive them. It is also requested that they return items within seven days of receiving it.
Customers can rest assured that all of our products are shipped instantly when they select the express shipping option. For standard delivery, shipping may take a couple of days.
In most cases, customers will not be charged any extra fees for shipping as 97% of our orders are delivered straight to front doors. However, international customers should be aware of any import restrictions as well as any charges that may come with having to pick up an item from a delivery site.
